Major Lazer released their official video today for “Run Up”, their new banger featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR and Nicki Minaj. The video was put together by the creative collective of french star Stromae under his Mosaert label, and produced by Phantasm.
“The idea was to laugh at ourselves and at the unconditional love we bear to our smartphones,” say the directors Paul, Luc and Martin of the video. “Humor and absurdity came naturally in our speech because our will was not to accuse someone or something but just exaggerate it to foster reflection.”
This track is huge and already been streamed hundreds of millions of times. Diplo and crew continue with their Midas touch.
