Guess what, you adorable indie-pop darlings? Your favorite band, The Shins — yes, the one that “changed your life…” — are heading out on an early 2007 tour on select dates in February (with more to come probably).
They’re touring in support of Wincing the Night Away, a fantastic new release that has been on my previewing stack for the past month. It’s a great album throughout, fully enjoyable from start to finish. I’m not even going to bother to compare it to their past albums except by saying — it’s very similar to their past albums.
