Live Nation will have a hold on Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California for the foreseeable future, according to Billboard and Pollster. The venue is located near the Los Angeles Rams stadium, with Rams Owner Stan Kroenke in charge of developing the venue and its construction with the goal to have it ready this summer. Live Nation has signed a multi-year contract to book the venue.
The venue will hold 3,400, 4,400, or 6,000-seat events. The theater will have three floors and with 227,000 square feet. It will be considered an intimate venue nestled between the American Airlines Plaza and SoFi Stadium.
Christy Castillo Butcher, vice president of Hollywood Park, said the “venue will host a wide range of world-class events, including celebrated musicians, immersive entertainment, and close-knit community gathering.” Besides music, the theater will also host award shows, comedy events, conferences, eSports competitions and more, according to California Rocker.
The orchestra, plaza, and balcony levels will each feature luxurious décor and a nice view of the stage. Seats are relatively close to the stage, with the farthest being only about 160 feet away. There will be six luxury boxes as well as a private club and hospitality area. In the center will be a massive, two-story high chandelier.
Hollywood Park will start hosting concerts early September, with first acts by Caifanes, Los Angeles Azules, and Black Pumas.
