James Blake performed the first ever live-set at the new studio for Los Angeles public radio station KCRW on May 21.
Blake performed a seven-song set of songs from his latest album, Assume Form, as well his hit song “Retrograde,” and even a cover of the Joni Mitchell classic “A Case of You.”
The performance was followed by an interview with KCRW Music Director Jason Bentley on the music program, Morning Becomes Eclectic.

Assume Form has been receiving critical acclaim and features collaborations from Travis Scott, Metro Boomin, Andr’e 3000, Moses Sumney, and Rosal’ia.
