This just in! Trey Anastasio‘s Ghosts of the Forest project was a one-off tour this spring in tribute to his friend passing, and they did a string of shows and finished off on the West Coast with a show at Berkeley’s Greek Theatre with Khruangbin as the opener.
What we know now is that the Ghosts of the Forest songs are now officially part of the Phish canon, too, so if you want to give a proper listen to some of the other songs you haven’t seen on Phish tour, this is a fantastic live show and the perfect place to start. We already know that “Ruby Waves” can become a monster.
All of the these other songs and their creations are detailed out in many places in the new Trey Anastasio documentary, Between Me and My Mind.
