In case you forgot, Lala.com has officially shut down.

You may have noticed today that there are no longer Lala album widgets and players on Pitchfork.
Sad that this experiment in cloud-based music technology did not go so smoothly. We’ll soon see if Apple has anything in store for the cloud when it comes to iTunes.
