Just For The Hell Of It: Coventry Shots

As summer rolls along and Phish remains frozen in a cryogenic chamber like Teddy Ballgame’s severed head, I’m feeling a little nostalgic for the good ol’ days.
And even though Coventry was a bigger disaster than the Hindenburg, you can’t help but smile when you look at the following pictures and slideshows. Oh, the humanity:
1. Slideshow Bob

4. Overhead shot of the runway’s crossroads
5. Sleeping in mud = phatty gooballs
6. Walking through mud = heady, dirty feet
7. “Hey, brah, was that Glide or was that my handicapped little brother’s band covering Glide?”

Yes it does…definitely makes ya pine for the ol’ days.

I didn’t remember it until you remembered it for me, but that Glide was God-awful. Horribly God-awful.
