When I caught wind that Tortoise would be delivering their seminal album TNT live at the Midwinter 2019 music festival hosted by Pitchfork, I literally almost dropped everything and made my way across country as quickly as I could. Sadly events conspired to keep me away from said event, but thankfully for us at home, they taped the entire event and uploaded a copy for us to watch and hear directly.
It’s really quite incredible.
