The number of holiday shows Galactic has played at Tipitina’s Uptown is too many to recall – their annual Mardi Gras epics (Saturday and Lundi Gras sunrise show), Jazz Fest late night appearances, Halloween (although they played The Howlin’ Wolf in 2011) and New Years Eve have all been constant Galactic dates on the Tipitina’s calendar for many, many years. Always a home game when Galactic takes the stage at Tip’s. For this year’s Halloween, the band hit the stage decked out in all-white jumpsuits with Jabbawockeez masks.
