Leave a comment below with the three bands you would have headline your dream music festival and where this event would take place. We’ve got two pairs to give away for each night so please specify in the comments which night you’d like to attend. If you’re cool with either show, just say so! Winners will be chosen from the responses and notified at least a week prior to the show. You can’t win if you do not enter your e-mail into Disqus (or leave it in your comment) because we have no way to notify you. Good luck and thanks for visiting Live Music Blog!

moe. plays their quintessential jam “Rebubula” with I Wanna Be in moe. fan contest winner on 12/30/12

  1. I would like to see The Rolling Stones, Kanye West & Jay Z and Bob Weir and Phil Lesh with special guests Middle Brother featuring Jonathan Wilson.
This festival could happen in Indio, California.
    I have both nights free.

  2. My Morning Jacket, Umphrey’s McGee, Radiohead.

Ventura County Fair Grounds, Ventura, Ca. My dad use to tell me about seeing the Dead there back in the day. They dont do to many shows there anymore just fairs, but its right near the beach and the 101.

either night i’m down to see them.. Love to see moe.

    email: [email protected]

  3. David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin at Snowmass Town Park (site of Jazz Aspen Snowmass festival). yeah, i wish i had been attending shows in the ’70s!

Would love to see moe. on 3/9/13

    [email protected] – Thanks

  4. Dream Festival Headliners would look something like this:

Phish, Phil Lesh and Friends(feat. John Scofield, Jackie Green, Page McConnell, Joe Russo), moe.(Playing headling set as well as a late-night set)

To take place at The Gorge at George, WA!

Tickets to either night would be awesome!! [email protected]

  5. I’d like to see a Festival in coast-side in San Diego, with inaugural headliners DMB, Cheese and MMJ/Jim James. And if I win, 3/8 please!

  6. 3 nights of….
Jethro Tull, Stand up, Thick as a Brick era
DMB- LATE NIGHT w/ special guest Ian Anderson
SCI w/ special guest moe.- LATE NIGHT

    Any night!!

  7. Dig all these festivals. Since it’s a dream show I’m going to go ‘head and assume dead musicians and broken up bands are fair game. Damn this is hard. In no particular order:

    – Jimi Hendrix Experience
    – Talking Heads
    – Miles Davis or Dave Brubeck, basically just a king of jazz. And they’d have an epic encore that would feature all of these people and go on for an hour

It would be in Jamaica but there would be people from all over the world there. It would follow a day of everybody listening to reggae, gettin baked, and swimming in the ocean.

Down for either (or both!!) nights. [email protected]

  8. My dream fest would take place on a sunny California beach, with String Cheese, Moe. and Furthur Headlining!

  9. Beethoven, Elvis, and Prince – because you certainly wouldn’t be able to go wrong with three kings of their era and I’m sure Beethoven would have some DANK contributions to the jams.

What better place for this creative clusterf*** to happen than the moon? I’m sure we could get Richard Branson to fly us all there on his private space program. Surely.
