Dr. Dog brought their near-jamband styling to the newly renovated Civic Theatre in New Orleans last month. Opening up the set was Merge Recording artists Saint Rich, a charismatic and well-polished jam band from New Jersey. They are touring in support of their latest effort Beyond the Drone of which the bulk of their set was based.
Dr. Dog took to the stage in a flurry of lights and never looked back. Enjoying the moments they had on stage, the band was more than pleased to except and give all the energy they were receiving back to the stage. The band kicked off their second leg of their US tour, in support of B-Room at the Civic Theater, which had just put in a new sound system. The #CASUALFREEFALL tour was just that, a relaxing and fun time, felt by all.
