Last Sunday night was the first time I personally ever caught The Word while I was down in New Orleans for Jazz Fest, and I was totally blown away. For two strong sets of music, the super group composed of John Medeski, Robert Randolph and the North Mississippi Allstars completely floored the Joy Theater and left everyone there with a jaw on the floor. Last night, this same supergroup played The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester and our buddy Scott Harris was there to get photos from the show. —Editor
