VIP STAGE LINEUP: To Be Announced!
Wave Spell Live will once again take over the idyllic locale of Belden Town Resort in Belden Town California. Intimate forested stage environments, which include a beach stage and swimming in the river by the beach, make it one of the nations most beautiful festival venues. Wave Spell Live offers a unique look into both the community ethos and famously forward-thinking sonic fusion upon which STS9 has built its trailblazing legacy.
The core of the event are the 9 STS9 sets spread throughout the weekend, each showing off a unique corner of the band’s extensive catalogue. These performances include three Wave Spell sets, the fully improvised concept that STS9 premiered at the inaugural festival last year. In addition, year two of the event will feature a bevy of artists, curated with the taste of the progressive and forward-thinking STS9 community specifically in mind.
Beyond the music, attendees can explore interactive art installations, soak in live painting and art galleries, and crystal displays – as well as participating in morning yoga classes and workshops. Not to mention that patrons are free to go swimming in the Feather River, while enjoying Belden Town’s iconic beach. Music goes until at least 5AM each night, with no noise ordinances or curfew.
One of the most amazing things about Belden is proximity to the Feather River. Don’t forget your swim gear, floaties, sunscreen & lots of hydration. There is ample camping on soft sand with lots of shade right on the river. There are also cabins and hotels onsite if you’d like to increase your comfort. Belden Town offers a full service restaurant, bar and general store on site.
