David Bowie only recently left this earth for good and the music world is still adjusting a bit all around. But his affect on fashion was something that immediately started to get celebrated in a greater way when he passed, and skate shoe company Vans has announced that they’ll be honoring Bowie in their own way with a limited edition line of sneakers.
They’ll pay tribute to Starman with four new limited sneakers. The standard Vans’ slip-on 47 V DX, Era, Old Skool, and Sk8-Hi models will be transformed into Space Oddity, Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust, and Aladdin Sane with faux fur and yellow suede, polka dots, the classic red and blue thunderbolt decal, and more.
The Vans x David Bowie collection will be released on April 5th and you can get some info now via the Vans store. I personally think some of these look pretty dope, but some are also LOL. Check ’em out below, you be the judge.
