Mike Gordon is in the middle of winding down his solo band spring tour with a big four-night run at The Sinclair in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At tonight’s show, night three, some rumors circulating around the venue halls ended up coming true and Gordon was joined on stage by his Phish companion Trey Anastasio as second guitar to Scott Murawski‘s usual lead.
Rumor about Trey tonight started circulating preshow last night and I heard Trey’s guitar for a brief 30 seconds of soundcheck this afternoon.

Set one went down as normal but an amp and some extra pedals got placed out and it was fairly obvious someone would be stopping by.
