Sugar and Gold was a band that seriously looked like they just stepped out of the 70’s when I saw them open for !!! (chk chk chk) at the Independent last year. They could have been the house band at that really awesome party scene from “Boogie Nights” where Dirk has the epiphany about what his acting name should be. They’re that awesome.
They’re hitting the road this fall for a full national tour, and they’re starting things off here in San Francisco on Thursday night at The Eagle. I hope I can make it. Read on for their full itinerary…
