Grizzly Bear just uploaded a new track to their YouTube page and announced a world tour. Sick, right? I was just wondering what these guys were up to…
Loving the tones coming out of that one; it’s a track with a rocking, almost math rock aesthetic and feel to the instrumental interludes. In fact, this track reminded me of something Tortoise would put out or something, and that could be an interesting direction for these sonic masterminds, but that was only the first half of the track. It quickly dissolves into a Grizzly Bear sorta vibe you may have recognized from their previous outputs. These guys will likely have a huge year and an even bigger 2013 based on these amazing 400 seconds of music.
