Just announced: this upcoming Wednesday, September 25, a huge crew of musicians will come together at the The Capitol Theatre to host a musical tribute to Neal Casal who passed away recently. Many of Casal’s former bandmates and musical friends will be there to play and remember his life and career.
If possible, please arrive to The Capitol Theatre by 6:45pm this evening. The Rolling Stones ‘Exile On Main Street’ will play over the soundsystem, accompanied by a massive slideshow on the video screen of Neal’s photography assembled by Justin Kreutzmann.
The lineup features Beachwood Sparks, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Circles Around the Sun, Joe Russo w/ Dave Dreiwitz, Tom Hamilton & Scott Metzger, Hazeldine, Mapache, Dave Schools, Citizen Cope, Jeff Hill, Bob Glaub, Dan Fadel, Davis Jaynes, Don Heffington, Dori Freeman, Jesse Aycock, John Ginty, Jon Graboff, John Shannon, Kenny Roby, Leslie Mendelson, Rickey Medlocke, Robbi Robb, Zephaniah Ohora, and more friends of Neal sure to be there and sure to be paying tribute.
