Relix was the first to find some new billboards appearing in New York City confirming what was rumored heavily as of last week — The Black Crowes will be reuniting for a series of shows next year!
The poster that surfaced so far shows concerts scheduled for July 17 show at PNC Bank Arts Center in New Jersey and July 18 at Jones Beach Theater in New York.
The poster also shows clearly that the shows will include “a full recreation of their 1990 debut album Shake Your Money Maker,” plus “ALL THE HITS.”
While we don’t have official confirmation of what the lineup will be looking like, it can’t really be officially called The Black Crowes unless it will include Chris and Rich Robinson. As for the other members of the band, like Steve Gorman, he’s made it clear he won’t participate and will keep moving forward with his band Trigger Hippy. All speculation and rumors for now, but those posters are dates you can take to the bank.
Head here for tickets when more dates stop popping up.
