Get ready for tons of posts that say “lineup announced!” around these parts — it’s officially festival lineup season! We’ve already seen a few events go ahead and announce details and today we got the lineup for a festival that remains pretty consistent year over year: Summer Camp Music Festival in Chilicothe, IL.
One of the premier events held by moe. held for Central Illinois over Memorial Day weekend and anchored with three days and at least six sets by the band, along with their friends Umphrey’s McGee and Keller Williams, this festival has only gotten better and better each year. And assuming they don’t get completely screwed by the tornado alley weather season like they have previously, this year’s festival is shaping up to be a big one. Joining moe. this year (and three days of UM this time around) will be Bassnectar, Trey Anastasio Band (doing two sets), Primus, Yonder Mountain String Band, Lotus, EOTO and tons more great stuff down the bill.
