Skrillex just announced a series of shows in San Francisco, Brooklyn, Amsterdam and Barcelona that they’re dubbing “Skrillex Takeovers”, something he’s done before. For about a week in each city, he’ll curate a set of shows ranging from the smaller clubs to the biggest arenas and will be bringing along plenty of friends to help him round out the lineups. An amazing set of producers like TOKiMONSTA, A$AP Rocky, Jack Beats and Alvin Risk (among others) will be joining for some of shows and we can expect new songs, new remixes and tons of surprises.
Public on-sales begin this Friday and AMEX customers get first crack at the tickets this week ahead of the public onsale. Who’s got my extra for the Independent?
