Right as the Phish New Year’s Eve run began, the band shared a full rig-rundown video of Page McConnell‘s keyboards shot somewhere during the Summer 2022 tour. I believe it was first shared through the webcast setbreak and then uploaded to YouTube later.
No spoilers below, but I love that he walks through how his rig is mapped for MIDI and allows him to move sounds across his various reaches that are required during Phish jams. Once you understand how MIDI works, it basically makes keyboards and other electronic instruments fully transformable. I also dig that he dives into the sampler NORD 3 setup he has for the Chilling, Thrilling… jams. He covers everything.
