Time to get your koozies unpacked and ready for a later-than-usual festival season coming here in 2021. While the news isn’t official yet, it looks like New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival will be moving to October 8-10 and October 15-17, 2021 according to OffBeat.
Jazz Fest is usually always scheduled for the spring, but the reality of holding a large scale festival in a major metro just doesn’t seem possible in late April and early May. Best to just lock in a later date now and make sure everyone that goes is safe from coronavirus and ready to party the night away. They had to reschedule the 2020 festival as well before ultimately cancelling, so this is hopefully the only reschedule we’ll see this year and that it will actually happen this time.
Can’t. Wait.
UPDATE: it’s official!
