This year’s New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival has been cancelled. The mayor of New Orleans recently announced that she did not recommend the city gather for festivals or large events during 2020, and following that announcement, sadly this is not a major surprise.
The festival had already been postponed to this fall following the social isolation recommendations from local officials.
