Pitchfork is reporting that The Rapture’s new album is on it’s way — “…come September 12 (September 4 in the UK), the wait will finally end, with the release of the NYC dance-punk group’s second LP, Pieces of the People We Love. The new track on their MySpace page, “Get Myself Into It,” is great.
The Raconteurs are playing the Virgin Festival in Toronto on September 10. “Sources claim the festival will be held September 9 and 10 on Olympic Island and could include acts like The Flaming Lips, Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah,” — Roger that, confirmed.
