Phish bassist Mike Gordon has been hanging out in New Orleans this week with his solo band mates like Robert Walter and taking in the sites, sounds and smells of the Jazz and Heritage Festival. He’s even done a few sit-ins while he’s been down there, too, mostly just following Walter around town on what he’s already booked like the Worship My Organ show at Little Gem.
Tonight, his solo band featuring Robert Walter along with long time collaborator Scott Murawski, John Kimock, and Craig Myers will play a show at the Joy Theater and they’ll be webcasting the show for free for viewers at home via their usual LivePhish channels.
