After word was out that Mick Jagger needed to get surgery and the Rolling Stones would need to postpone their entire set of 2019 tour dates, fans were rightfully worried and have been watching the news closely to see how things would turn out.
Thankfully, the news we’re seeing is good — Billboard has reported that Mick Jagger has completed his heart valve procedure in New York and is recovering and in great health.
About the procedure:
Doctors were able to access Jagger’s heart valve through his femoral artery and are now monitoring the Rolling Stones frontman for any complications that could arise from the procedure, including excess bleeding.
Get well soon, Mick! Can’t wait to see those rescheduled Rolling Stones dates!
