Taking the summer off to work on a new album and a split LP with This Will Destroy You, Lymbyc Systym will tour with their LP mates this fall. Consistently touring over a hundred dates a year, the road is nothing new to the brothers from Arizona. They’ll hit the road this fall
Lymbyc Systym is a favorite of LMB, combining elements of jazz, rock and some electronica into a sonic euphony. Their live show is especially enjoyable. Their techniques in building energy are remarkable and they seem to enjoy rising to a peak and quitting there, which gives their music an unmistakable distinctiveness. I consider Lymbyc Systym a sorely underrated band and I’m certain they’ll get bigger and bigger each time they tour. All of the dates are with This Will Destroy You, another post-rock instrumental group that I haven’t seen but am excited to do so.
