Songwriter, guitarist, singer and blues extraordinaire Gary Clark Jr. has revealed the title and track-listing for his long-anticipated full-length debut LP: Blak and Blu, which will be released on Warner Bros. Records on October 22nd. Clark will also set out on an extensive fall tour starting on Monday in London that will include major stops at Austin City Limits (a fest Clark played as a teen), Voodoo Experience and the Bridge School Benefit, along with multi-night runs in New York and Los Angeles.
“Ain’t Messin ‘Round”, the album’s first track, will be available to purchase digitally on 10/22 but you can already listen to the full track here. My first chance to see Clark was in the intimate confines of the House of Blues Parish Room in New Orleans last September and it was already clear as day to all in the room that we were witnessing a special talent.
