NBC Universal announced on Thursday morning that Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Christina Aguilera, Jimmy Fallon and Brian Williams will all appear on a one-hour telethon and concert this Friday night (11/2) to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. The program, “Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together,” will take place from NBC’s Rockefeller Plaza studios and will be hosted by Matt Lauer. It will be shown across all NBC networks including NBC, Bravo, CNBC, E!, G4, MSNBC, Style, Syfy and USA, and streamed live on the NBC.com website. The telethon runs from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST and will be tape delayed on the West Coast. Money collected will be donated to the American Red Cross.
