It looks like Brooklyn Bowl is expanding to Nashville! “Peter Shapiro is bringing the Brooklyn Bowl to Music City” begins a new Billboard exclusive showing that the third U.S. version of the venue will open with an all-star lineup of shows and in the center of the current mecca of the music world.
The founder of New York’s busiest club is expanding the brand west to Tennessee with a 1,200-capacity venue, 19-lane bowling alley and grill and bar from the award-winning Blue Ribbon Group opening in Nashville in March. Brooklyn Bowl Nashville will be located in the city’s Germantown neighborhood at the corner of 3rd Ave and Jackson St, adjacent to First Tennessee Baseball Park, just north of the State Capitol and Broadway corridor.
Here are the shows they have confirmed so far: they will open in March with Soulive featuring Eric Krasno, Neal Evan and Alan Evans with special guest George Porter Jr. (the Meters).
The Revivalists will be there on on March 16, Angel Olsen on April 13, two nights of Joe Russo’s Almost Dead on the weekend of April 23-24, and three nights of String Cheese Incident July 22-24 (among many others).
