Beyoncé and JAY-Z have quietly (and/or accidentally) announced the first date of their upcoming On The Run 2 tour. Set for July 30 in Philly, the “name a more iconic” duo are both shaping up to have a busy year, so it makes sense that they’re going to keep the press on their toes and give the fans a ton of chances to see them live now that their twins are starting to grow up.
