Consequence of Sound’s sleuthing Festival Outlook section is on the beat for the 2013 Beale Street Music Festival with some rumored and expected hints as to who will be appearing at the music-centric portion of the Memphis in May International Festival. Last year’s lineup (included Jane’s Addiction, My Morning Jacket, Florence + the Machine and Primus) was released on February 28th. Check out their list of rumored and expected artists below.
