Pop Artist Abi Carter Releases Deluxe Edition of Debut Album “Ghosts in the Backyard”

Today, Abi Carter released Ghosts in the Backyard (Deluxe Edition), a deluxe version of her debut album. This version features two brand new songs, “Block My Number” and “Burned”, as well as a collaboration with Laur Elle on “Comfortably Numb”, a favorite from the original album.
When discussing her new track, “Block My Number”, Abi explains that it is “a plea for relationship certainty in the purgatory of ‘are we back together or not’ – mixed signals leading to obsession.” This song is her answer to that all-too-familiar situation, and is a standout moment on the deluxe release.
Fans can expect to see a lot of Abi in the near future. Today she’s performing at Stagecoach Festival, and will soon be returning to American Idol for a special guest appearance in an upcoming episode! A fall tour is also currently in the works – stay tuned for updates and tour dates here.
