Keller Williams and Ratdog | 2007 Tour Dates

One-man band extraordinaire, Keller Williams, will join forces with Bob Weir’s Ratdog for a slew of summer tour dates starting in July.
Both Ratdog and Williams are slated to play several big summer festivals including Bonnaroo, All Good, and 10KLF. Keller has a pretty solid Spring tour lined up, while Ratdog’s Spring schedule includes a stop at the McDowell Mountain Music Festival and a free “Earth Day” show at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, as a part of the Green Apple Music Festival.

I know we’ve got some Keller fans, but any big Ratdoggers out there?
I have always been a Ratdog fan from my GD touring days. I saw Mickey and company this fall and was disappointed because he could not meet the standard Bobby set. This combo should blow peoples minds and rip their souls out of their bodies. Good luck keeping your mind at this show!!!

I didn’t realize I was a ‘Ratdogger’ till recently, but there is no denying that Bobby and the band have been on a tear for the last two years. Last month’s weekend run at the Beacon Theater in NYC is being widely hailed as a new “peak” for the band. I was lucky enough to be there for all three nights and it was pretty spectacular.
Whatever you do – try to catch the ‘Dog this summer at one of the festival dates. I’m personally very excited for the Central Park Summerstage date this July. And for those of you in the Northeast, check out the Gathering of the Vibes this August. I’ve caught RatDog at GOTV the past two years and all I can say is Bob Weir controls the weather. Really. Check it out :)
