After a scorcher in Alpharetta (one of the best shows of the tour by all accounts), MMJ took the stage in Charlotte this evening for a Saturday night show at the Time Warner Cable Uptown Amphitheatre (also known as the shed with the most unnecessarily long name in the country). Notably, actor / music fan Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Role Models, Superbad) was tweeting about the band tonight and I know he’s a big music fan, having seen him chilling on the What Stage hill at Bonnaroo a few years back. The man has good taste. Looks like yet another fire show, the momentum on this tour continues to build with new song placements, different openers and some new arrangements of heavy rotation tunes. Continue below for the setlist and media as it rolls in from the Queen City.
