Trey Anastasio played Higher Ground in Burlington, Vermont this past Saturday night as part of a continued effort to get the word out and raise money for the Vermont flood devastasion that occured earlier this year. The show featured two debuts, one song called “Snake Head Thumb” (see video below) and another tune called “Winter Queen,” as well as the smatterings of TAB material and covers that he’s played before like “Clint Eastwood” and “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.”
In case you missed it, this show was a late addition on the tour schedule. The fall run officially kicks off on Thursday night in Asheville, NC.
