Bjork has released the official video or “Sorrowful Soil” off her newest album, Fossora. I’ve been re-obsessed with Bjork again ever since I caught the Cornucopia tour in San Francisco earlier in 2022.
Directed by Viðar Logi, it sees her singing at the recently erupted Icelandic volcano Fagradalsfjall on the Reykjanes peninsula. Dormant for six thousand years before 2021, the landscape’s torrid visuals make for an epic backdrop.
