For those that have never attended, Treasure Island Music Festival can be a bit unique in how “easy” it is as a festival experience. With it’s Coachella-ready lineup and it’s Burning Man ready vibes, convenient shuttle buses carry passengers from Civic Center to this little festival resting on the little Treasure Island area right in the center of the San Francisco Bay. Shuttles are free of charge with your festival ticket, or you can drive in yourself and park and get situated for two days of no-overlapping sets. Two stages known as The Bridge and The Tunnel plus a Silent Disco lineup — plus tons of great food, cool vendors, and lots of young people like us hoping to experience some #feels. It’s definitely a great festival.
Our friend Justin Yee was able to go and capture a ton of the festival, so read on for his galleries from both days of the festival. —Editor
