Lotus stopped by the House of Blues in Boston on a cold and snowy Friday night to play the second show of their winter tour, and I was there to take it all in and grab some photos. After a sold out night in Burlington, they played to an equally packed house in Boston. The crowd was thoroughly warmed up from the opening trio of Moon Hooch. Consisting of a drummer and two saxophones, what they lacked in members they fully made up for in sound. Then Lotus took the stage shortly after to a full room of Friday night party people. They played a very engaging show throughout the night, with only one very short set break, they never slowed and the always enthusiastic Boston crowd did not disappoint. Their tour continued on to New York last night and goes through April where they wrap up in their native Colorado. Read on for my photos and a video I shot from the balcony.
