Last night Dopapod held an album release party at the Gramercy Theatre in New York City for their new LP, Never Odd Or Even. Openers Teddy Midnight and Alan Evans’ Playonbrother both played through their opening sets without fail, but things went a little amiss for Dopapod when a speaker caught fire towards the end of their first set.
Everyone was evacuated, and ultimately the rest of the show got cancelled. JamBase has a good rundown of the events that took place.
