Photos and Review by Craig Sandor
Pink, blue, red, yellow or even Australian…it was Floyd through and through. Starting with a ferocious opener of “In the Flesh” off of The Wall, it was evident this ensemble had really done their research.
I’ve seen a lot of “tribute” bands in my time, but this was by far the best yet. Sitting there in my seat with eyes closed, I had to remind myself that this really was not David Gilmour or Roger Waters in front of me, but a bunch of dedicated musicians out of Australia who have this down to a science. With a set list consisting of tracks from numerous albums, this was certainly a pleasure to my ears and brought back some good old memories of sitting around with friends cranking up some Floyd and getting really nice and…well, I’ll leave the rest up to the imagination. These guys are definitely worth the ticket, so if you’re a Floyd fan, go and check this band out, I know that I can’t wait to see them again.
