X Games, the seminal extreme sports brand that is still full of life after the Generation X explosion in the late 90’s, is bringing their next major event to Austin, Texas over the weekend of June 5-8, 2014. Along with the ramps and huge air competitions, this event will feature top music talent and huge headliners the likes of which Austin has never seen brings in regularly.
During X Games weekend, X Music is going down at Austin360 Amphitheater, a world-class, open-air venue located at Circuit of The Americas. The amphitheater has room for up to 14,000 fans, offers reserved seating for 6,700, and features a ginormous lawn perfect for rocking out with your whole crew. Experience first-hand why Austin is the “Live Music Capital of the World!”
Set for the Games will be headliners Kanye West, Pretty Lights, and the Flaming Lips. Joining them will be LMB faves like Gary Clark, Jr. and Dillon Francis along with Mac Miller, Slightly Stoopid, Bad Religion, Mayer Hawthorne, FMLYBND, Wavves, Cash Cash, and Candyland.
