Wilco 2007 Tour Dates | Worldwide Shows in Support of Sky Blue Sky

Wilco will be taking their 2007 tour worldwide, with stops in Australia, Europe, and North America. The tour includes a summer slot at Bonnaroo and a series of European festivals. They’ll be touring in support of their upcoming album, Sky Blue Sky, which will be released by Nonesuch Records on May 15th (although you may have already given it a good listen).

In other Wilco news, frontman Jeff Tweedy, will be playing a solo benefit show this Friday at the Vic Theatre in Chicago (to benefit youth scholarships).

I wasn’t totally impressed with what I heard from Sky Blue Sky, but like other Wilco albums, I have a feeling this one might take a few extra listens before it really sinks in. Either way, Wilco consistently proves itself on the stage as one the better live bands touring today.
