UPDATE: Chris Robinson Brotherhood has been added to Saturday’s lineup.
The lineup for Way Over Yonder was just released, a follow-up to last year’s inaugural festival in Santa Monica put on by the fine team behind Newport Folk Festival. This year the festival has been moved to a Friday and Saturday, Sept. 26-27, but with names like Local Natives and Lucinda Williams on Friday and Jackson Browne and The Barr Brothers on Saturday (with many more to come), this festival should have no problem attracting the Laurel Canyon crowd to come see the music on the Santa Monica Pier. Tickets are on sale now.
