The War on Drugs have released their official video for “Holding On”, the second single out off their new album, A Deeper Understanding.
This one got me right at the end, definitely a bit of a tear jerker if you stay on until the end. And it’s such a great song, too, but duh you already knew that. These guys can play no wrong right now.
The “Holding On” video stars Frankie Faison (of The Wire) and band leader Adam Granduciel and was directed by filmmaker Brett Haley with concept by Krysten Ritter. Haley is known for directing feature films I’ll See You In My Dreams and The Hero, in theaters now and starring Sam Elliott, Nick Offerman, Laura Prepon and Ritter.
Don’t forget to check out their other single, “Thinking of a Place”.
