Just ahead of the Atoms for Peace release of AMOK (Available Tuesday), Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich performed a 12-song set for a lucky London audience at the Oval Space. The scheduled “DJ” set included Yorke on vocals and lead guitar for a few tracks.
Thankfully CoS found this awesome 30-minute video of their performance. Yorke and Nigel will continue with two more intimate DJ performances in Berlin and New York City. No dates are scheduled in the US for the full band (which includes Flea from the RHCP) but fingers are certainly crossed for some US festivals (Outside Lands?) Atoms for Peace will play Europe including Germany’s MELT festival in July.
