Trey Anastasio is about to kick off his first full capacity shows at The Beacon Theatre where he last played last year during his Beacon Jams run. For that set of shows he performed to an empty house and turned his stage setup to have his back pointed at the normal audience location, so this time he’s turning things around and will probably be wildly eager to see a full house screaming when those house lights go down.
This past weekend, Trey did three pod-distanced shows at SPAC and ended up bringing Phish bandmate Page McConnell out for Night #2. He also brought along his friends Jeff Tanski and the Rescue Squad Strings for all three of the shows, similar to how his Beacon Jams run went down. I’m sure we’ll see more of the same tonight.
We’ll be following along with the setlist and streams and will update the info below as the show progresses.
