Trey Anastasio continued his solo acoustic tour on Saturday night night in Minnesota at the State Theatre in Minneapolis. Some of the other shows so far featured the first-ever acoustic “Sanity” and returns to the setlist of “Mr. Oysterhead” and “Rubberneck Lions” in a nod to that upcoming Oysterhead reunion.
For this show, Trey brought out the first-ever “Death Don’t Hurt Very Long” acoustic and played “My Problem Right There” for the first time acoustic, as well. Interesting to see how much stuff Trey is working in, and a great clue on what songs he could be reminding himself about before he reignites with Phish in a few weeks.
The poster for the show was designed by Arno Kiss.
Once again the mix was a set of acoustic songs that Trey wrote for Phish, his solo career, Ghosts of the Forest and even Oysterhead now that the reunion is happening, so scroll down to check out some shots and some videos from the show.
