Skerik, a man that needs no introduction around these parts, has announced that his band of punk misfits and jazz explorers called Bandalabra will be playing a 17 date tour starting in Seattle on Labor Day weekend for Bumbershoot. Sample of their latest material here if you’re on the fence about checking it out, but that’s just crazy talk. When a show says “Skerik” anywhere on the bill, you are supposed to go no matter what. It’s the rule, not the exception.
They recently jammed with Jay Lane over at Bob Weir’s TRI Studios which you can see here (along with Skerik’s best on-stage shirt we’ve ever seen him wear).
